Guidelines to follow when calling the office

Call volume is the heaviest on Monday. If you're calling for a routine appointment, results of tests, or prescription refills, please call Tuesday through Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
When ill, please call between 8:30 and noon. It is easier to get a same-day appointment if you call earlier in the day.
Calls after 5:00 pm or on weekends should be of an emergent nature. Our 24-hour answering service will contact the physician taking calls that day.

Helpful suggestions for your scheduled office visit

Please check in at the front desk so we know you have arrived. If you are a new patient, you will be asked to register with Patient Services.
Be prepared to inform the medical staff of any medications you are currently taking and any medication allergies you may have.
Please be aware that all patients are weighed at each office visit. This can be very helpful in assessing many medical conditions.
