Reception/Patient Services Responsible for greeting all patients and visitors to Will County Medical Associates, S.C. in a friendly manner. All phone calls are to be answered promptly and handled according to WCMA set guidelines and protocols. Certified Medical Assistant or Medical Assistant Orthopedic and OB-Gyne Departments Registered Nurse-Family Practice Consultants Responsible for providing nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Assists physicians with coordinating patient care. Functions as primary liason between patients, staff, and physicians.
